OYSTER SAFARI

We arrange tours for visitors who are interested in oysters and how they are farmed. We are also collaborating with local tour companies who sometimes include a visit to the farm in their tour itineraries. During the tour participants learn about oysters and how they are farmed, and also get a hands-on demonstration on how to open and eat oysters. Since the visit to the farm includes a boat trip, the tour is also a great opportunity to experience the beauty of the northern west-coast archipelago. Some of our visitors have included well known Swedish chefs, governments ministers, and other guests from the West Sweden Tourist Board. We also arrange farm visits for marine scientists and aquaculture practitioners.
