Want to know more about oysters? Visit the Oyster Academy (Ostronakademien), a non-profit association that works to increase knowledge and interest in the Swedish oyster ostrea edulis. The association collaborates with fishermen, researchers, landowners, restaurateurs and the tourism industry.
