SÖDRA MAGASINET

Since 2020, we have leased a two level venue which includes a kitchen and dining room. The premises are located in a well-preserved old warehouse in the harbour. The location right by the sea with the view from the windows and our small lookout terrace is fantastic. At this venue we host both private and company functions. The most common event is Oyster-Intro which includes tasting and opening demonstration, sometimes combined with an oyster farm tour. Or why not start with an oyster event and then enjoy a dinner prepared with local seafood? In Havstenssund there are still several active fishing boats where we buy produce of the sea, fresh off the boat.

The ground floor of Södra Magasinet, located in the cozy old customs office has seating for about 20 people. The upper floor, where the kitchen is located can accommodate about 30 people. During more informal events, there is room for more. We also offer catering for private events.
