Apart from farming oysters we also provide catering services. Do you want an oyster shucking station at your party or event? No problem! We will fill our ice box with two different types of oysters in different sizes, and serve delicious vinaigrette & other accompaniments for the oysters. The art of Oyster shucking and champagne sabrage can also be part of the event.
